Our Mission
As a people called into relationship with God through Christ, our purpose is to share God’s love and acceptance with all.
Our Vision
Like our giant oak, Manchaca United Methodist Church spreads God’s love through roots of spiritual strength, diversity and community involvement. We reach out with our branches to provide comfort, strength, and shelter to others, now and for generations to come.
- Alive – Faithful, impassioned by the Holy Spirit – on fire!
- Colorful – Diversity reflecting the surrounding community and providing a variety of worship, small group, and mission experiences.
- Giving/Gifting – Renewing the community with God’s love; one house, one family, one soul at a time.
- Sheltering – Be a joyful, loving, forgiving, caring place where everyone belongs.
- Busy/Active – Be a social hub/community center where good things happen and everyone is involved.
