Becoming A Woman of Prayer
Led by Ellen Carpenter
When we think of prayer, many times questions are the first things to come to mind. We wonder, “Am I doing it right? Does God really hear me? Is there truly power through prayer? What if it seems like God isn’t answering?” Or we may just think, “I wish I were more comfortable praying….if I could just learn how.” In Becoming a Woman of Prayer, author Cynthia Heald addresses these and many other questions and concerns about prayer and gives us practical advice, Biblical inspiration, and will help us to deepen not only our prayer life but our personal relationship with God. An added bonus is the opportunity to make new friends, deepen bonds, and just share our faith journey together.

Participants will gain a sense that Christians before us have wrestled with some of the same issues of belief that Christians wrestle with today.
