In September I joined a Daniel Plan class and have been following the program ever since. I’ve currently lost over 30 pounds, but even more importantly, I have changed my relationship with food and grown closer to God through the process. I am excited to share this program with others who may be interested in taking steps to improve their health and transform their lives. The Daniel Plan is centered on five Bible-based essentials: faith, food, fitness, focus and friends. In this class you’ll learn simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into your current lifestyle. The Daniel Plan is not a diet – it’s about changing your life! You can customize your plan and be empowered to make choices based on your own food and fitness goals.
