A Journey to Health

The Daniel Plan is not a diet, but a way to make positive lifestyle changes that affect your overall health in these five areas: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends. The introductory 6-week class is offered each semester an on-going support groups are available for those on program.

The Daniel Plan will equip you with practical tools and resources to bring health into every area of your life. The program is centered on five Bible based essentials: faith, food, fitness, focus and friends. Whether you want to lose weight or just improve overall health, you'll learn simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into your current lifestyle. On-Going Daniel Plan Support Groups

  • Tuesday Mornings, 9:00 am. This group meets at 9 for the Boomers Exercise class and then meets for on-going learning and support after exercise. 
  • Monday Evenings - This group is breaking until the New Year.
