Every Tuesday, Thursday, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Stay active, get fit and make friends at our exercise groups on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. These classes are especially for seniors, but all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Choose the fitness level that’s right for you. Both groups meet in the parlor.
- 9 am – Moderate Cardio: Participants use Leslie Sansone’s “Just Walk” DVD for moderate cardio exercise with arm movements.
- 10 am – Participants use the “Go4Life” DVD published by the National Institute on Aging to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
