GIFT Project
Free Lunch and Learn

Manchaca United Methodist Church and the GIFT Project invite you to attend an Advance Care Planning workshop series at 12:30 on Sunday February 5th and 12th in the Family Life Center after service.

In these workshops, hear from a Registered Nurse and the GIFT staff about how to take control of your healthcare choices especially at the end of life or during a medical crisis. We will explain Advance Care Planning, help you find your values and preferences for medical choices, discuss appointing a medical representative for yourself and document your decisions on the Texas legal forms known as Advance Directives.

Who is this for?
All adults over the age of 18!

Location: Family Life Center at Manchaca United Methodist Church

RSVP by Feb. 1st to ensure your boxed lunch provided by Jason's Deli.
(Sandwich options include: ham, turkey, chicken salad or veggie wrap; gluten free available.)
