Missions and Service
MUMC is about building relationships in our families, neighborhoods, and communities near and far. For example, we partner with our local schools, support global missionaries, organize summer mission trips, and provide a local food pantry for our community. Be sure to follow us on social media to keep up with our more timely mission projects.

Feeding Our People
Weekend Food for Children
MUMC helps Menchaca Elementary students get the nutritious and easy-to-prepare food they need for the weekends by providing bags of food every weekend. Each school year, we typically support 40 or more children at a minimum cost of $170 per week.
Food Pantry
Our food pantry has partnered with the Central Texas Food Bank and the Austin Diaper Bank to provide a variety of both fresh and packaged foods, baby diapers and wipes for needy local families. We distribute food on Saturdays from 8:30-11:30 am on the East side of the church.
Volunteer With Us
There are many ways you can get plugged into ministry and live out your purpose at MUMC! There's something for everyone, from bible study leaders, children or youth helpers, event volunteers, media team members, and so much more!

Community Support
People know us best for our community basketball court and annual festivals, or you may have come to either our Pumpkin Patch or Christmas Tree Market. We also support Habitat for Humanity, and we have recently begun hosting ESL classes.
