Young Worship Leaders must be trained and regularly attend YWL meetings. All YWL members must have a participation form on file (filled out once per year). Ms. Kim will send out an availability form to current YWL team members and set the schedule.

 

Young Worship leaders are expected to be mentors and an example for other children, modeling appropriate behavior in the worship space at all times. YWLs actively participate in the service by standing when the congregation stands as well as praying and singing with the congregation. They are attentive to where we are in the service so that they know when it is time to perform their duties.
